Our welding department has the latest Fronius MIG/MAG/TIG and spot welding equipment and the right knowledge and experience to weld your product. We have the right expertise in house and are certified to produce your desired weld assemblies. From large to small weld assemblies, VDL Staalservice is your reliable partner.
With our Valk MIG/MAG robotic welding equipment, we can achieve high-quality welds that consistently meet the same tolerances. Additionally, the robot can perform more welding work in less time than a person, increasing productivity. Especially in large series of weld assemblies with many weld lengths, the cost price will be lower than manual welding. Besides our robotic welding equipment, we also have cobot welding equipment. These collaborative robots, or cobots, work alongside our skilled workers to improve the quality and speed of our welding operations.
Our professionals are certified to produce high-quality welding work. Under the supervision of our own IWT and IWE professionals, we are one of the few metal processing companies in Europe capable of supplying armour steel to various manufacturers in the defense industry, and we are certified according to DIN2303 Q3 BK1.
