VDL Staalservice is capable of Performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) independently, including Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT). These techniques are essential for ensuring the quality of materials without damaging them. 

We have a specially equipped and self-built inspection room, where we can carry out magnetic inspections under ultraviolet light. Additionally, if desired, we can rely on a strong and extensive network of external partners in the inspection field. As a result, we can always provide the best solution for your inspection needs.

 Our wood inspector is certified at inspector level 2 and has the expertise to perform and interpret these inspections accurately. This guarantees reliable results and comprehensive reports, so you can be confident in the quality of your products.

Through a climate-controlled measurement chamber equipped with high-quality measurement equipment, including a Wenzel 3D measuring machine and two FARO arms, it is ensured that the customer receives products that meet the pre-agreed quality standards.
